1. Q: How to finish booth application procedure?
A: Fill in form 1, fax it to 010-65135820 with business license and trademark registration certificate. Then visit www.cisma.com.cn and finish on-line registration, remember your ID number and your password you applied, it will be used for your service system login.
2. Q: How to use exhibitor self service system?
A: Use your ID number and password which applied when you registered on
on-line registration, Exhibitors can login and upload information of badges,
catalogue and product pictures.
3. Q: What do I need to do after my booth is confirmed?
A: Fill the attached forms according to your need and fax them to related
companies. If your booth is raw space, you need to have Pico to review your
design plan. After necessary payment, you will get documents for checking in.
4. Q: How to have my design plan reviewed?
A: Beijing PICO Exhibition Services Co.,Ltd. is appointed to review all the design plans of raw space booth. Pico will send an e-mail to the exhibitor once the booth is confirmed. The e-mail will contain the website, user name and password to upload design plan.
5. Q: What procedures are required for the contractor?
A: All the contractors have to be authenticated by real-name by SNIEC. Then, take the copy of “Exhibitors Registration Notice” and the original “Stand fitting confirmation” to the South Entrance Hall. The Hall Clearance Deposit and management fee should by paid by T/T before the show. “Contraction Certificate” should be bought at SNIEC Service Center. Then they can enter the hall and begin the contraction.
6. Q: How can I get the “Catalogue”
A: Exhibitors could get the Buyers’ Guide at the “Catalogue Collecting” office if all the required fees are paid.
7. Q: How to apply badges for my clients?
A: You can finish pre-registration procedure online; fill in the information on
CISMA tickets and fax them to the organizer; fax the detailed information of your clients to the organizer. Or you can invite your clients via self-service system.
8. Q: How can transportation vehicle to get inside the hall?
A: Exhibitors and contractors can go to the Vehicles Pass Office in W1 and E2 to get the “Vehicle Pass”. For specific transportation route, please see facility map.
9. Q: Can the staff bring food into the hall?
A: No.
10. Q: Can the air compressor be brought into the hall?
A: For safety reasons, during the show, no air compressors are allowed to enter the hall.
11. Q: Where can I put my empty packing box?
A: There is a specific place by the south of each hall to store empty packing chest. Exhibitors can get it after 15:00 on September 29. No fees will be charged.
12. Q: How to bring exhibits and furniture into the hall?
A: If you are contractor, the necessary materials include booth deposit invoice, drawings and contraction certificate; if you are exhibitors, the necessary materials include drawings, exhibitor badge, and applier’s business card. For Special booth, the whole series of drawings are required. You have to go through certain gates with the entering pass. Load area No. 4 and No. 10 are for furniture.
If you only have deposit invoice but no drawings, only certain amount of furniture is allowed. For any objects that needs pass certificate, the exhibitor has to hand in the drawings, exhibitor badge and business card all by himself.
13. Q: How to bring plants into the hall?
A: The necessary materials include exhibitor badge, business card and drawings. For Special booth, the whole series of drawings are required. You have to go through certain gates with the entering pass. Load area No. 2 and No.8 are for plants. If you only have deposit invoice but no drawings, only certain amount of plant is allowed. For any objects that needs pass certificate, the exhibitor has to hand in the drawings, exhibitor badge and business card all by himself.

A: Sound volume should be controlled under 75db. The Exhibitor, who has
performance in the exhibition hall, should apply to the Organizer in paper about time, content and number of performers in advance. The Organizer will apply to the Shanghai Security Bureau for permission. Those who perform without permission will be shut off the power supply.
15. Q: If intellectual property disputes happen during the exhibition period, how to solve it?
A: There is an intellectual property office in CISMA2017. If you have any disputes on intellectual property, please prepare the relevant claim materials and report to the office. During the exhibition, there is expert from Bureau of Intellectual Property in Shanghai.
