Notice on the Selection of "CISMA2025 Strategic Overseas Distributors"

To overseas distributors:

In order to optimize the overseas market service system, improve the global cooperation mechanism in the sewing machinery trade, and further strengthen the influence of the CISMA brand, the China Sewing Machinery Association has decided to continue the selection and commendation activity for the “CISMA2025 Strategic Overseas Distributors.” The relevant details are as follows:

I. Timeline

Application: July 11 – August 20

Selection List Public Review: August 25 – September 5

Publication during CISMA: September 24 (To be determined)

II. Application Requirements

1. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all the following conditions:

(1) Overseas distributors who have participated in at least two consecutive CISMA exhibitions;

(2) Companies engaged in sewing machinery product sales outside mainland China (excluding overseas branches, representative offices, or liaison offices of mainland Chinese enterprises);

(3) Annual sales of sewing machinery products of no less than USD 3 million.

2. Application Materials

Applicants should download the attached “Application Form for CISMA2025 Strategic Overseas Distributors”, complete it in full, and email the digital file along with proving documents to the contact person of CSMA. Submission will be considered valid only upon receipt of all required materials.
The application form must be filled out in Chinese or English only.

III. Selection Process

(1) Preliminary Review: The CSMA Market Working Committee of will conduct an initial review of the authenticity, completeness, and compliance of the submitted materials. Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will be returned.

(2) Expert Review: A panel of evaluation experts organized by the Market Working Committee will conduct a comprehensive assessment based on the submitted forms and supporting documents.

IV. Incentive Policies

(1) Incentives for Selected Distributors

Award Ceremony: Selected distributors will be invited to attend the official ceremony held during the CISMA2025 exhibition, where they will receive a trophy and commemorative gift from the Association.

VIP Services: Selected distributors will receive VIP privileges, including one complimentary copy each of the exhibition catalog and exhibitor directory.

Publicity Support: Selected distributors will enjoy unified promotional services provided by CISMA organizer.

(2) Incentives for Recommending Companies

Exhibiting enterprises that successfully recommend a distributor to be selected will receive separate recognition from the Association.

V. Notes

1. Overseas distributors participating in CISMA2025 may apply on their own. CISMA domestic and international exhibitors may also recommend candidates. The applying or recommending entity shall be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials.

2. No fees will be charged for this activity.
