Recently, MAQI Technology Group hosted the CISMA2025 Global Development Conference, which focused on addressing the real needs of end users. At the event, the company not only launched several groundbreaking intelligent sewing solutions and innovative application technologies, but also outlined its future directions in technological innovation, brand building, market expansion, and global strategic planning. He Ye, Vice President of the China National Light Industry Council and Honorary Chairman of the China Sewing Machinery Association (CSMA), highly commended MAQI for remaining true to its original mission, pursuing innovation-driven growth, and maintaining a strong focus on intelligent development over the past 30 years, while also offering constructive insights and recommendations for the Global Development Conference:
Since its first participation in CISMA, MAQI has grown alongside the exhibition for 25 years. Over the past three decades, the company has pursued its dreams with craftsmanship and overcome challenges through innovation, establishing itself as a leading enterprise in China’s sewing machinery industry. MAQI has remained true to its mission—working diligently, tackling difficulties head-on, and driving transformation and upgrading through innovation. With a strong focus on intelligent development, the company has continuously improved its product portfolio and successfully built: a world-class manufacturing system, a core technology system with independent intellectual property rights, a product system covering the entire process of intelligent garment manufacturing, and a global marketing, service, and industrial collaboration network that spans major markets worldwide. Through these efforts, MAQI has made outstanding contributions to elevating China’s sewing machinery and brands—from weak to strong, from domestic to global, and from the low end to the mid-to-high end of the value chain. Under the leadership of Chairman Lin Xueping, the passion and persistence of all MAQI employees in staying true to their original aspiration and constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation are deeply inspiring, and the company’s remarkable achievements are truly a source of pride.

Vice President He Ye also spoke highly of the company’s proposed R&D directions and future breakthroughs in sewing machine technologies, its core patent strategies, and its conceptual prototype of an AI sewing machine. She recognized the significance of MAQI’s newly launched intelligent products and technologies, including the Q5Tt Few bird nests, the oil-free X10 overlock machine, the ultra-high-speed flatseamer, as well as factory integration solutions and template sewing applications. She emphasized that the company’s forward-looking strategic plans—especially its initiatives in domestic and international market development, overseas deployment, and brand building—were insightful and encouraging. She expressed hope that MAQI would embrace the principles of green development, redefine efficient sewing through innovations in production models and product technologies, continue to lead by example in the industry, and achieve even greater breakthroughs in the pursuit of high-quality growth.
This year marks the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, a pivotal stage for transformation and upgrading in the sewing machinery industry. As the sector focuses on developing new quality productive forces and building a modern industrial system to lay the foundation for a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan, He Ye shared four key expectations for the future:
- Focus on core business — guided by “high-end, intelligent, and green” development, accelerate technological transformation and upgrading, strengthen the support of science, technology, and talent, and further solidify the industry’s technological foundations.
- Be market-driven — focus on emerging application scenarios, uphold innovation-driven development, and accelerate the integration of new technologies such as AI, IoT, and big data to enhance product R&D, speed up upgrades and iterations, and foster new growth drivers.
- Commit to openness and cooperation — accelerate globalization and optimize channels, expand into diversified markets, and continuously enhance international competitiveness and influence.
- Uphold industry responsibility — take the mission of industry development as one’s own, shoulder the responsibilities of social progress, and contribute more to the sustainable development of both the industry and society at large.
