Dear Exhibitors, CISMA 2025 Exhibitor’s Manual has been published, the manual covers the General Information, Terms of Exhibition, Booth Application Flowchart, Exhibition Quotation and Promotion Policies, Exhibition Scope and Code, Sample of Application Form, Advertising Services and Quotation and etc.

How to Participate

In order to ensure the accuracy and convenience of application, CISMA2025 remains Online Self-service System as the only channel for enterprises to participate in the exhibition. Please visit CISMA website, click “Exhibitor Entrance” to enter Online Self-service System （https://www.cisma.com.cn/zhanhuijianjie/15.html）.

Please note the application confirmation on the system, upload photos or scanned copies of stamped application form, business license, trademark registration certificate, and pay registration fee to complete your application.

Preferential Policies

1. Discount by Area

8% booth fee discount for booth area between 360㎡(included) to 775㎡(excluded), 15% booth fee discount for booth area over 775㎡(included).

2. Discount for Members

China Sewing Machinery Association members who have paid their 2024 and 2025 membership fees, have been strictly fulfilling their membership obligations, and have provided accurate statistical reports in time to CSMA: 6% booth fee discount for members, 12%

discount for director units and above, and 15% discount for VIP customers identified by the organizer.

3.For details of the management and preferences of exhibiting group, please check the Management Measures for Pavilion of CISMA2025.

Notes:

The following cases will not enjoy the preferential policies of Article 2:

The name of the registered exhibitor does not match with the names of the members;
The registered exhibitor is an office or sales company of overseas enterprise, which do not have the manufacturing capacity;
Companies that are organizing/attending a pavilion.
