Notice on the Recruitment of Pavilion Organizing Service Units for CISMA2025

To all relevant units:

In order to expand the influence of CISMA, encourage sewing machinery industrial clusters to participate in the exhibition as pavilions, to enhance services for exhibitors, the CISMA organizer, China Sewing Machinery Association, is now publicly recruiting pavilion organizing service units for CISMA2025. The selection of pavilion organizing service units should help with establishing the overall image of industrial clusters and providing targeted, high-quality services to the companies they organized. The area for domestic pavilion should be no less than 800㎡, while the area for overseas pavilion (including Hong Kong and Taiwan Province) should be no less than 180 ㎡. Each group should be consisted of no fewer than 10 participating companies, and the products displayed by participating companies must comply the scope of CISMA.

The organizer will select the service units based on the applications submitted. Units intend to apply should carefully fill the Annex 2-Pavilion Booth Application Form.pdf (signed and sealed) according to the Annex 1-Management Measurement for Pavilion of CISMA.pdf . The application materials should include scanned copies of the Application Form and the company's qualification certificates. Please send the electronic companies through email to: myh@cisma.com.cn.
