Notice on the Selection of “CISMA2025 Thematic Model Products”

To all relevant units:

In order to fully leverage the guiding role of the CISMA2025 exhibition theme—“Smart Sewing Empowering New Quality Industrial Development”—and to encourage participating enterprises to align with the national vision of high-quality development and meet the diverse needs of the market, the China Sewing Machinery Association is officially launching the selection of “CISMA2025 Thematic Model Products.” We invite all units to actively apply. The relevant information is as follows:

I. Timeline

Product Application: April 28 – June 20, 2025
Preliminary Review: July 2025
Public Review of Results: August 2025
On-Site Evaluation: September 24–25, 2025
Award Distribution: October 2025

II. Application Scope

Focusing on the theme “Smart Sewing Empowering New Quality Industrial Development,” the selection emphasizes the following areas:

Intelligent sewing equipment (sewing, embroidery, cutting, ironing, bonding, etc.)
High-quality functional components
Green sewing products or solutions
Digitalized complete sewing solutions
Other products or solutions aligned with new development concepts

III. Application Requirements

(1) Eligible Applicants:
All exhibitors participating in CISMA2025 may apply in accordance with this notice and the “CISMA2025 Thematic Model Products Selection Guidelines” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”, see Attachment 1).

(2) Application Materials:

One original and one electronic copy of the application letter (format in Attachment 2);
One original and one electronic copy of the application form, including the following required attachments (others optional):

(1) Product operation video;

(2) Product images;

(3) Intellectual property certificates;

(4) Relevant testing reports and technical evaluations;

(5) Other supporting materials (e.g., user feedback, science and technology project approvals or award certificates, etc.)

IV. Awards

All shortlisted and selected products will receive honorary certificates issued by the exhibition organizing committee, along with rewards as stipulated in the Guidelines.

V. Important Notes

No fees will be charged for participation in this activity.
Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of their submitted materials.
Any falsification will result in disqualification and further accountability.
