On the afternoon of September 24, the Strategic Overseas Distributors Launching Ceremony was grandly held at the Forum Area of Hall N2, Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Yang Xiaojing, Chairman of China Sewing Machinery Association (CSMA) and Director of the CSMA Business & Marketing Committee, Vice Chairman and Deputy Director of the Business & Marketing Committee Wu Jiling, as well as Deputy Directors of the Business & Marketing Committee Qiu Yangyou, Zheng Xueguo, Pan Jianhua, and Chen Zhonghua, together with representatives of leading enterprises in the industry, attended the event. More than 100 participants, including over 40 overseas distributors from more than 20 countries and regions across five continents, and representatives from China’s sewing machinery manufacturing and trade sectors, gathered to witness the announcement and recognition of the “CISMA2025 Strategic Overseas Distributors.”

Yang Xiaojing, Chairman of CSMA, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizer. He warmly welcomed the overseas distributors who had traveled long distances and expressed sincere gratitude to international partners for their long-standing support of China’s sewing machinery industry. Chairman Yang stressed that Strategic Overseas Distributors serve as an important bridge and link for bringing Chinese sewing machinery products and brands to the global stage. The “CISMA2025 Strategic Overseas Distributors” selection and recognition activity aims to set models, honor excellence, summarize experience, and encourage more partners to join hands in exploring international markets, thereby jointly promoting the industry’s high-quality development.

Wu Jiling, Vice Chairman of CSMA and Deputy Director of the CSMA Business & Marketing Committee, read the official “Decision on Commending the CISMA2025 Strategic Overseas Distributors” on behalf of the organizer. He encouraged the overseas distributors to keep forging ahead, further enhance their service capabilities and standards, and contribute more to the globalization of China’s sewing machinery industry.

Abdul Muntakim Munna from Jack Bangladesh Limited from Bangladesh and Terrence Joseph Martyn from Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC. from Sri Lanka delivered passionate speeches. They recalled their long-standing cooperation with Chinese sewing machinery enterprises, shared experiences on promoting Chinese brands in local markets, and expressed their determination to continue working hand in hand with Chinese enterprises to deepen and sustain bilateral cooperation.

In the plaque awarding ceremony, Yang Xiaojing, Qiu Yangyou, Zheng Xueguo, Pan Jianhua, and Chen Zhonghua, presented plaques to the representatives of the 45 companies selected as “CISMA2025 Strategic Overseas Distributors.” The ceremony was filled with a warm and solemn atmosphere.

Looking to the future, the China Sewing Machinery Association will continue to uphold the principles of openness, cooperation, and mutual benefit, strengthen close collaboration with overseas strategic distributors, and further advance the prosperity of the global sewing machinery industry.
